Exchange & Refund Policy

What is your return & exchange policy?

We offer exchanges only, no returns. If you need a different size, you can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please share an unboxing video and clear images within 24 hours of delivery at care@letsaera.com. We will arrange a free replacement.

How long does the exchange process take?

Once your exchange request is approved and the product is picked up, the exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
