Return & Exchange Policy

At Aera, we are committed to ensuring you receive the best quality products. While we do not accept returns, we offer a hassle-free exchange process for eligible items.

Eligibility for Exchange

Exchange Window: Must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Non-Exchangeable Items:

    • Sale or discounted items.
    • Accessories or innerwear (for hygiene reasons).

How to Initiate an Exchange

  1. Request an Exchange: Email us at Care@letsaera.com with your order number, reason for exchange, and product details.
  2. Approval & Pickup: Once approved, we will arrange a pickup from your address.
  3. Processing & Exchange:
    • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
    • If your requested size or product is unavailable, we will offer store credit instead.
    • No refunds will be credited.
  4. Delivery of Replaced Product: Once shipped, your exchanged product will reach you in:
    • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
    • Other Cities & Rural Areas: 5-7 business days

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please follow these steps:

Record a Video: Take a clear unboxing video as you open the package. This helps us verify the issue.
Notify Us Within 24 Hours: Email Care@letsaera.com with your order number, the issue, and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
Resolution: Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or store credit as applicable.

Failure to provide an unboxing video and notify us within 24 hours of delivery may result in the request being denied.
